Trust
Trust is a huge issue in our country right now. We are deeply divided along political lines with a deep distrust of the "other" side.

We should trust the courtroom as a the great equalizer. Blind lady justice does not see political party, racial background, socioeconomic status, or gender identity.

When you step inside the courtroom, the last thing on your mind should be the judge's identity politics or political leanings. The judge must be a blank slate who will decide your case fairly on the law as it applies to the facts of your case. All biases of the judge must be left outside the courtroom door so that you trust you will be treated fairly.

If your judge is selected rather than elected, whose interests will be served? Not enough voters are doing their research into judicial candidates because generally you haven't been given a choice. The names on the election ballot have already been selected by the powers that be. With Julie's candidacy, you have a choice.

Let Julie know your ideas on how we can restore trust in the Civil Court system:
